Long weekend at Dads

We went up to Lea and Dads for the weekend. Saturday we ate and drank outside, then Lea and Dad took to dinner at a HotRock restaurant. Strange concept where the meat comes out on a hot rock and cooks infront of you! Then we went to see Gran Torino...awesome movie. Although Tom and Leanne slept through the whole thing!
Sunday we all went to Bendigo. Jack and his mates played paintball, then we all played the laser shooting game in the dark...forget the proper name! It was so fun! Then Lea, Dad and us three had lunch and came home for a sleep.

A little birdy told me Dad sometimes reads my blog, so I must mention this. On Sunday night when Jack and I ambushed Dad at the fridge to try and get his jelly slice, me hanging on the back and Jack on the front (Dad kept a vice like grip and STILL beat us)...well that is a memory I will keep with me forever. Love you guys xxx

It was awesome....

I was greeted with a big, "It was awesome" after school yesterday! I cried all the way home and started again watching Tatum walk to the car in the afternoon...what a sook! I am so glad she loves it, and has made heaps of friends, so all is well. School photos this week and camp in a couple of weeks...this high school stuff is full on!

High School Eve........

Well today has been a very lazy day, scrapbooking and preparing for tomorrow...HIGHSCHOOL! (insert Jaws music) Tatum is getting a bit nervous, but I am sure she will be fine as soon as she gets there. I am sure she will have a little cry!

Tatum had her BFF over last night for a sleepover and we took some pics of course...dont know what the evil clown getup is about!






Oh! I have to include this photo of Tatum stressing/showing her first pimple off to Miranda...she has been beside herself having it for her first day...now if that was MY only worry I would be a very happy lady!

Australia Day Weekend

We went up to Dad and Lea's for the weekend, so relaxing! We went to dinner in Echuca Friday night and out to the lake for the day on Sunday, then home Monday! Have to get Tatums books today...highschool is NEARLY here, scary stuff!



We have booked a holiday and a cruise for the end of the year, so excited. Tom, Tatum and I along with Dad, Lea, the three boys, and Jacks girlfriend Mikayla (and I think her parents too!) are heading up to the Gold Coast for 4 days to do the water park, Seaworld thing...then we are all getting on the cruise ship at Brisbane and coming home. Eight days of bliss. Tom and I have not had a holiday since our honeymoon, and sadly we have never taken Tate on a real holiday ever, so it is something to really look forward to. Tatum is super doopa excited!

Two weeks ago I also started on the fitness loose weight kick. I am walking three times a week with my cousin Jade, this will increase. We start running next week (I am sure I will die!). Have lost over 2 kgs so far, weigh in is today so that should be more hopefully. I just got to the rockbottom stage, I had truly had ENOUGH! Besides, I have to be hotstuff for the cruise.

Birthday dinner......

On the 9th Tom organised dinner with Jade, Sarah, Shell, Dad and Leanne at a mexican restaurant in Geelong. The food was awful but the company was great. Dad, Lea, and Shell stayed the night and Lea and I went to the scrapbook shop the next morning. So fantastic to have Dad, Lea and the boys back in my life, I can not put into words how happy I am at the moment...I can do anything. This is my year I know it. My real estate photography career is also in the works and looking good too, so very excited at the moment.

Alphonse

Look what I got!
This is our new Scottish Longhair, Alphonse.
I got him a couple of days before xmas, and he hasnt even made a noise yet, and its January. He has only meowed when Jinx plays a bit rough. He sleeps with us, above our heads. He a very affecionate little boy.

Yesterday was my birthday, and Tom took me to my LSS for some shopping, which was fun. Tonight I am having dinner with a few friends and Dad and Leanne are coming down for the night too.So that will be awesome.
